Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes monthly and annual subscription payments.

Since Rollsight provides immediate access to digital content (software, STL files, database access) upon subscription, refunds are not available except as required by law or as specified below.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period you have paid for.

3. Exceptions

We may provide refunds in the following limited circumstances:

3.1 Duplicate Charges

If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charges.

3.2 Service Unavailability

If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our error, we may provide a prorated refund or service credit at our discretion.

3.3 Legal Requirements

Where required by applicable law (such as consumer protection laws in certain jurisdictions), we will comply with legal refund requirements.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account. We will investigate the dispute and may reinstate your account if the chargeback is resolved in our favor.

5. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
